Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time role in New Jersey. The position focuses on maintaining building systems, performing repairs across multiple trades, and supporting safety and resident comfort.

The role requires at least three years of maintenance experience, with HVAC/plumbing/electrical expertise preferred, and basic computer proficiency (Word/Excel). A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Three years of general maintenance experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency including Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of building equipment and codes.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and other facility systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend system longevity.
• Maintain knowledge of building systems, equipment, and applicable building codes and regulations.
• Utilize basic computer systems (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, or similar platforms) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and communicate updates.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly while prioritizing resident safety and comfort.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety procedures, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
