Cambridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Technician on a full-time day shift. Join a 120-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility that values safe, well-maintained environments.

You will perform general maintenance including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC; inspect and repair equipment; support preventative maintenance; and document work orders with Word/Excel. A three-year maintenance background is required.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of general maintenance experience required.
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building equipment for safe operation.
• Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend longevity.
• Maintain knowledge of building systems and applicable codes/regulations.
• Utilize basic computer systems to document work orders and communicate updates.
