TRG Management Company, LLLP, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Cutler Hammock in Cutler Bay, FL 33189. The role involves hands-on maintenance of apartments and common areas, preventive maintenance, and on-call emergency service.

• Minimum of two years of hands-on property maintenance experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• EPA or CFC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or assists in maintenance of the property, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general repairs.
• Responsible for hands-on maintenance of the property, including inspections and repairs of units and common areas.
• Performs preventative maintenance and records findings in the maintenance log.
• Provides on-call emergency service as required.
• Maintains grounds and keeps them free of trash and debris with the maintenance team.
• Monitors mechanical equipment including water heaters and HVAC units.
• Diagnoses malfunctioning equipment and replaces faulty components.
