Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Assist in maintaining the office environment through painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping, etc.
• Perform hands-on maintenance of the property, including inspection, repair, and general upkeep of apartment units and other areas.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and record findings in the maintenance log.
• Provide on-call emergency services as required.
• Assist in grounds maintenance, keeping the area free of trash and debris.
• Monitor and maintain mechanical equipment such as water heaters, HVAC units, etc.
• Diagnose malfunctions in transformers, motors, lighting fixtures, and replace damaged wiring.
• Replace faulty electrical components and position sensing devices.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least two years of hands-on property maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk, bend, climb, and balance on ladders for extended periods.
• EPA or CFC certification.
