Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years hands-on property maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; walk, bend, climb and balance on ladders for extended periods.
• EPA or CFC certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or assists in maintenance of office and property (painting, carpet cleaning, housekeeping).
• Hands-on maintenance of property including inspection, repair of units and interior/exterior areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance and record findings in maintenance log.
• On-call emergency service as required.
• Maintain grounds and keep areas free of trash and debris.
• Monitor and maintain mechanical equipment (water heaters, HVAC).
• Diagnose malfunctioning equipment and replace faulty electrical components.
