Job summary

Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores is seeking Maintenance Technicians to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment and to assist the manager in maintaining smooth operations for swift customer service. No experience is required as training is provided, and you may move across departments as needed to support the team.

The role emphasizes helping customers, performing cleaning and maintenance duties, and adhering to safety policies in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with general customer service duties.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Operate and maintain facility equipment and systems as needed (HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, plumbing, etc.).
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Always prioritize safety and customer satisfaction in line with company policies.
