Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our locations safe, clean, and well‑maintained. You will assist your managers to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service for travelers.

No prior experience is required as we provide on‑the‑job training. You’ll work with store, kitchen, and truck-care teams and may cross‑train in other roles. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn maintenance tasks and safety procedures.
• Strong customer-service mindset for a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assistance at the store.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care teams with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Operate tools and equipment for cleaning and facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and fuel systems when needed.
• May cross-train in other departments such as Store or Restaurant Cashier and Leadership roles.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to protect customers and teammates.
