Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role focuses on bringing units to market-ready condition and supporting property upkeep under the Service Manager. Hours may include weekends and after-hours emergencies based on community needs.

You will perform make-ready tasks, handle work orders, and assist with preventive maintenance to protect property assets and ensure high standards across communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in a property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Overview

Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
