Job summary

Peak Living is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site property management team. You will bring units up to market-ready condition and handle tasks that support building and common area upkeep, ensuring adherence to Peak Living standards.

The role requires basic maintenance knowledge, ability to handle diverse tasks, and good communication in English. Paid time off, holidays, benefits, and a 1000 sign-on bonus accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and related systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; must communicate in English.

Overview

Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
