Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community maintenance program and preserve asset value. You will assist with interior and exterior upkeep and provide customer service as a team player.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair; HVAC certification is preferred; strong communication skills and basic computer literacy are desired. Weekend and after-hours availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Must have excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
• Report time and attendance.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls.
• Understand and enforce safety and fire evacuations policies.
• Inspect the physical condition of the property and report problems.
