Job summary

The Retreat at Denton is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s maintenance program, upkeep both inside and outside, and deliver strong resident service. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor, assisting with repairs, inspections, and safety procedures to preserve property value.

Requirements include 2 years of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair experience, strong communication skills, and a preference for HVAC certification and computer literacy.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Perform preventative maintenance and daily inspections.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.
• Report time and attendance and follow procedures.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergencies.
