You will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, respond to requests, inspect properties, prepare vacants, keep records, and support the management team, all while upholding affordable housing commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

• Ensure that common areas and grounds are clean and well-maintained.
• Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new residents.
