Arnold Grounds Property Management in Wellston, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community. You will perform routine tasks to keep units and common areas safe and well-maintained, responding to resident requests with urgency and courtesy.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting basics, conduct inspections, prepare vacant units, and maintain records while supporting the property management team.

Qualifications
