CBRE Group, Inc. Milwaukee is seeking a Maintenance Technician for commercial office buildings. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect systems, and assist with installation and modification of equipment.

The role supports energy management and safety compliance, operating under defined procedures. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication, and organizational skills.

Competenze

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Mansioni

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review assigned work orders and partner with systems to track completion.
Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
Deliver output by following defined procedures under supervision.
