Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more, stooping, standing, and climbing.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
• Follow defined procedures to solve routine problems and communicate clearly.
