Job summary

The Maintenance Technician at Laminate Technologies, Inc. is responsible for the upkeep of production machinery, buildings, and grounds to ensure continuous operation and quality.

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, and support CNC/PLC repair activities in a fast-paced, ESOP-owned environment. We offer starting wages at $25.00 per hour for qualified techs, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, 80 hours PTO and personal time in year one, plus 401K, referral and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates in Industrial Maintenance or Journeyman preferred.
• Programmable logic controllers: 1–2 years experience required.
• Experience repairing pneumatics and hydraulics; motors and pumps.
• Electrical knowledge: 24V-480V, AC, DC control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faulty electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Start and observe machine operation to detect issues and improve efficiency.
• Read work orders and specifications to identify repair needs.
• Inspect parts and coordinate with supervisors on repair priorities.
• Maintain and clean work area and log service records.
