Job summary

Allient Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Tulsa, Oklahoma to troubleshoot and repair facilities, machines, and equipment. The role involves performing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC repairs, implementing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with contractors as needed.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and 5–8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year Associate Degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Trade certifications such as CNC machining, electrical and/or HVAC are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs machinery and equipment with minimal supervision using safe techniques.
• Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and components of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Performs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC machine repairs.
• Completes work orders and prioritizes tasks to maintain productive and safe operations.
• Uses diagnostic tools to identify problems and ensure uptime of facility equipment.
• Leads preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve uptime and equipment life.
• Follows work instructions including PM work orders and continuous improvement tasks.
