Job summary

American StaffCorp seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to support an industrial machinery fleet in Pryor Creek, Oklahoma. The role emphasizes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain safe operations on motors, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults, assist with PLC/control systems, and document work in the CMMS while adhering to LOTO and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
• 1–5+ years hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing/heavy industry.
• Ability to lift up to 50-55 lbs and work around noisy/heavy machinery; willingness to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and motor controls; log work orders and track spare parts in CMMS.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and OSHA safety policies to maintain a safe work site.
