Job summary

Bison® is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our production and facility equipment reliable and efficient. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery to support business objectives in a safe, productive environment.

You will install, calibrate, and service production machines while conducting preventative maintenance and reading work orders. The role requires experience with CNC machines, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and AI-assisted processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with CNC machines.
• Proficient in diagnostics, troubleshooting and PLC programming.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work various shifts and overtime.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with CNC machines.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision‑making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI‑generated outputs.
• Proficiency in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and PLC programming.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
