Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining exterior (building, landscape, and hardscape)
• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unloading truck delivery 2 or more times per week
• Taking out and emptying trash
• Changing light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
• General cleanliness of entire restaurant
• Assisting restaurant staff in non-maintenance tasks as needed
