Job summary

McDonald’s operates this restaurant through an independent franchisee; the franchisee is the employer. The Maintenance Person helps keep the interior and exterior areas clean, maintains equipment, and supports daily operations to ensure safety and quality.

You’ll work with the maintenance team to perform routine tasks and uphold standards. Responsibilities include fryer oil filtering, grounds upkeep, window and stockroom cleaning, unloading deliveries, trash removal, bulb changes, and basic HVAC

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
