McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person to support the team at a franchised restaurant. The role focuses on cleanliness, upkeep of interior and exterior areas, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained to keep the operation running smoothly.

You will perform tasks such as oil fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning, stocking, unloading deliveries, changing light bulbs, and HVAC unit cleaning, with training and tools provided to succeed.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
