Job summary

McDonald’s maintenance position is responsible for keeping the restaurant interior and exterior clean and ensuring equipment is properly maintained. You will work as part of the maintenance team to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include fryer oil filtration, grounds upkeep, equipment and window cleaning, and routine building maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming space for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
