Job summary

Wasatch Property Management is seeking a detail‑oriented Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities in the United States. You will perform routine repairs, respond to resident requests quickly, and ensure high resident satisfaction while upholding the Wasatch brand.

You should have hands‑on maintenance experience, be comfortable with hand and power tools, and bring strong customer service and communication skills.

From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and cosmetic enhancements, Maintenance Technicians are vital in ensuring resident satisfaction. They are personable individuals with exceptional technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hands‑on work.

What you’ll do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following:
• Detail‑oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on‑call responsibility for after‑hours emergencies

Benefits and Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - 18.00 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!

Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, and qualifications.
