Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for The Retreat in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will handle multi-trade maintenance and respond to service requests with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities include cleaning, appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and on-call duties. Must have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience and be able to work in a team, with reliable transportation and willingness to be recorded where applicable.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related trades.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and teamwork are essential.
• Consent to possible audio recordings during duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST.
• On-call rotation availability.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Process maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint and complete apartment turnovers.
• Respond to emergency calls and other duties as needed.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Retreat, in Phoenix, AZ!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
