Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site duties at our Florida properties. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and janitorial tasks to ensure excellent curb appeal and high-quality apartment homes, while addressing customer service requests efficiently.

With 3–4 years of maintenance experience and a preferred CFC Universal Certification, you will join a team committed to safety, reliability, and resident satisfaction, including availability for weekends and after-hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC certification preferred and to be attained within 90 days.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience in property/industrial settings.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial tasks.
• Maintain storage areas and materials; refurbish apartments as needed.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality.
• Respond to service requests and safety concerns; participate in safety meetings.
• Available for weekend work, on-call, and after-hours emergencies.
• Assist at other properties when required.
• Run errands to support the property.
