Job summary

Responsibilities include repairing handrails, doors, and HVAC components, stocking supplies, and stepping in for supervisor when needed.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Make minor repairs to handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, electrical equipment, and safety devices.
• Change filters on HVAC equipment.
• Carry, lift and stock supplies.
• Assume Maintenance supervisor's responsibilities in his/her absence.
