Responsibilities

• Inspect cottages, buildings, and common areas.
• Maintain tools and the maintenance room in order; keep logs up to date.
• Perform electrical, heating, plumbing repairs; basic HVAC knowledge.
• Prepare vacant rooms for new guests (carpentry, drywall, painting).
• Ensure the property is clean, orderly, and guest-ready.
• Provide regular attendance and reliability.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
