Schedule: 2-3 rotating shifts, 7pm-7am

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician - Night Shift is responsible for preventative maintenance of all facility and operational assets during night shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting including:
• Hydraulics (cylinders, motors, solenoids)
• Pneumatics (air cylinders, electro-pneumatic solenoids)
• Process fluid transmission (manual, electrical, pneumatic valves, check valves)
• Process monitoring and calibration (temperature, pressure, level, flow)
• Basic electrical skills (motor, sensor, fuse replacement, PLC understanding)
• Computer literacy (HMI, email, data logging)
• Understand machinery timing (stroke, timing, position)
• Read and follow machine manuals, mechanical drawings, SOPs
• Maintain documentation (work orders, parts inventory)
• Work well in a team and support a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Adhere to food and beverage GMP standards
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Maintain personal tool inventory
• Continuous learning and skill development
• Flexible schedule including nights, overtime, and weekends
