Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the operation and upkeep of a state-of-the-art client facility in Irving, TX. Join a safety-first environment focused on reliable building performance.

You will repair, maintain, and improve equipment across mechanical and electrical systems, follow established procedures, and help ensure energy efficiency and code compliance. 1–2 years of related experience and a solid MS Office background are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Diagnose problems and conduct routine inspections.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment.
• Review work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management for efficiency.
• Inspect installations for codes and safety.
• Follow procedures and communicate clearly.
• Contribute to team with defined duties.
• Deliver outputs under supervision.
