Qualifikationen

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Ability to attain Minnesota licensure as 2nd Class C boiler operator during probation.
• Knowledge of trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanics, carpentry).
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety measures.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Ability to operate and maintain trucks and other grounds equipment.

Aufgaben

• Install, maintain, and repair water, plumbing, HVAC, building systems, and mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Assist Building Maintenance Director with daily operations and estimating materials/labor.
• Maintain boiler system and log operations, including valve work.
• Perform campus groundskeeping, including lawn care and snow removal, with valid driver’s license.
