Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a maintenance role.
• Ability to complete work orders efficiently.
• Flexibility to assist custodian/housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties as part of the Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Complete work orders and support housekeeping staff as needed.

Skills

Experience with mechanical equipment

Special Boilers License - State MN

Current Driver’s License

Education

Associate of Applied Science Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
