Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems and related maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Experience reading blueprints or repair manuals to locate issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of the buildings, equipment and grounds.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled corrective maintenance on building systems.
• Repair HVAC systems including air handlers, pumps, boilers, water heaters, and rooftop units.
• Test and repair electrical components and lighting and related controls.
• Install and repair plumbing, irrigation piping and associated systems.
• Perform general building maintenance and repairs including walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and painting.
• Occasional on-call, weekend work, and travel between company buildings.
