Sage Ventures, LLC, a residential development and investment firm in the Baltimore/Washington region, seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs on facilities and properties. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and grounds duties, with a focus on customer service.

This role requires at least one year of HVAC/appliance repair experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reliable

Qualifications

• HVAC and appliance repair knowledge with at least one year of experience
• General maintenance knowledge
• Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• General knowledge of safety rules and regulations
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must have own tools
