Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of apartments for occupancy.

• Maintain pools and HVAC systems as required by the community.
• Interior and exterior painting as needed.
• Report repairs to Maintenance Supervisor or Community Director.
• Handle work orders and service requests as assigned.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work area.
