Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to ensure maintenance and safety standards across garden-style properties. The role covers physical upkeep, preventive maintenance, and on-site customer service to residents.

The Technician will perform inspections, address work orders, and assist in make-ready processes for new move-ins, while following safety and procedural guidelines. The position includes on-call responsibilities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• State and local certifications as required for Service Technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing to code and policy.
• Handles make-ready process for vacant units including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Manages materials inventory, re-orders, and communicates needs to maintenance supervisor.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, performs cleaning, painting, and minor repairs as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
