Avenues Recovery Center seeks a reliable maintenance technician to inspect, repair and maintain facilities across its Concord, NH location. You will handle building renovations, troubleshoot tech issues, and perform custodial tasks to keep the center safe and welcoming.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience with basic carpentry, and a commitment to sobriety if in recovery. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills help ensure smooth operations and a positive guest

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Innovative, strong worker with ability to problem solve and multitask.
• General knowledge of carpentry and repair.

Responsabilités

• Regularly inspect facility, equipment and property for defects.
• Assist with building renovations/ repairs, both interior and exterior.
• Assist with any technical difficulties (video calls, internet service, equipment maintenance etc.).
• Perform outside custodial duties (gardening, snow removal etc.).
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists to ensure proper building and equipment maintenance.
