Mercy Housing in Denver, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. You will help maintain a clean, safe living environment and deliver good customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance is required through training or experience.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle with valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner; clean up after completion.
• Perform repairs on the property including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
• Clean apartments during turnover as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
