MG Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Bristol at Sunset team in Henderson, NV. The role covers grounds and building upkeep, responding to service requests, appliance repairs, painting, and apartment turnovers with a strong customer-service orientation.

On-call rotation and reliable transportation are required for this on-site position. Ideal candidates have 2+ years on a 200-unit property and experience across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC trades, working well in a team

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200 unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, and related trades.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and teamwork are essential.
• Consent to possible audio recordings during work duties.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas; handle maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances and perform painting and apartment turnovers.
• Respond to emergency calls and other maintenance tasks as needed.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bristol at Sunset in Henderson, NV!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
