Phillips Management Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our property teams in Greensboro, NC. You’ll help keep our communities safe, attractive, and well-maintained by performing a variety of trades and responsive repairs.

You’ll work with the property management team, complete work orders efficiently, and help prepare apartments for new residents. This role offers growth opportunities in a respectful, team‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for new residents (turns & move-outs)
• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Keep exterior areas clean and well-presented (curb appeal)
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance
• Daily trash pickup and grounds upkeep
• Maintain trash compactors and swimming pools (in season)
• Troubleshoot and repair: Plumbing
• Troubleshoot and repair: Basic electrical
• Troubleshoot and repair: Appliances
• Troubleshoot and repair: Carpentry & drywall
• Troubleshoot and repair: Roofing & flooring
• Check irrigation systems
• Maintain accurate records of work and materials used
• Participate in the on-call maintenance rotation
• Perform other related duties as assigned
