Job summary

Phillips Management Group (PMG) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property service team. You’ll help keep apartments safe, attractive, and well-maintained, working closely with the property management team and gaining hands-on experience across trades.

From turns and move-outs to preventive maintenance, you’ll handle plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, roofing, and grounds care. We value hands-on problem solving and offer growth opportunities in a supportive culture.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for new residents (turns & move-outs)
• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Keep exterior areas clean and well-presented (curb appeal)
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance
• Daily trash pickup and grounds upkeep
• Maintain trash compactors and swimming pools (in season)
• Troubleshoot and repair: Plumbing, Basic electrical, Appliances, Carpentry & drywall, Roofing & flooring
• Check irrigation systems
• Maintain accurate records of work and materials used
• Participate in the on-call maintenance rotation
• Perform other related duties as assigned
