NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Selma, NC, to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial tasks across a brand-new community. You will help maintain curb appeal, respond to service requests, and support ongoing property operations with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and a CFC Universal Certification (preferred, within 90 days).
