This role requires a hands-on approach to maintain community operations, including light plumbing, electrical work, and overall property upkeep.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and at least 6 months of experience in general maintenance or a skilled trade. The position offers a starting pay of $20/hour and includes a range of benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in maintenance or a skilled trade preferred.
• Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day maintenance operations throughout the community.
• Completing work orders efficiently, including light plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Preparing rental homes for new residents through painting and general repairs.
