Aufgaben

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and identify solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Install, assemble, and dismantle machinery as needed.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Replace or repair defective components, such as bearings, gears, motors, and pumps.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members, engineers, and production staff to improve equipment efficiency.

• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical systems and reducing downtime in a fast-paced industrial setting.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance.
• Knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Experienced in identifying and repairing gears, transmissions, and gearboxes.
• Experienced in web-based equipment strongly recommended.

• The role involves working in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Requires standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and working in confined spaces.
