The role requires 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, a High School Diploma or GED, and ability to read manuals and safely use tools and meters.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read equipment manuals, follow work orders, and safely utilize hand/power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment.
  • Preferred knowledge: electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, or Servos.
  • Physical capabilities: lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production machinery.
  • Set up machinery for scheduled runs and perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
  • Provide rapid emergency repairs during production and perform facility maintenance (plumbing/carpentry).
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Compliance to maintain food safety and plant sanitation standards.
