Job summary

Robert Bosch Tool Corporation is seeking skilled maintenance technicians to troubleshoot, install, and repair state-of-the-art automation equipment, including PLCs, CNCs, robots, and HMIs, in a fast-growing setting. The role requires hands-on electrical work and strong problem-solving abilities, with PLC/HMI programming experience being a plus.

Qualifications

• ,Minimum four years in manufacturing with control systems, PLCs, CNCs, robots and HMIs.
• Reads prints, schematics and equipment documentation for installation, modification and repair.
• Willingness to work safely in electrical panels up to 480V and below with PPE.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Robot operation/certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, and repair automation equipment including PLCs, CNCs, robots and HMIs.
• Troubleshoot and repair automated lines, presses, welders, robots and other complex machinery.
• Plan and install primary and secondary controls; diagnose electrical/electronic problems; replace parts.
