You will handle apartment turns and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and exterior work while collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor to uphold community standards and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in multifamily apartment maintenance.
• Experience repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry items, building exteriors and appliances.
• Dedication to exceeding customer needs with strong relationship-building.
• Organization and self-motivation in completing tasks

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance, safety, and cleanliness of the community and grounds.
• Respond to resident service requests with strong troubleshooting.
• Perform apartment turns and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry.
• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to uphold standards and resident experience.
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on service excellence.
