Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning, painting, and repairing of equipment and facilities
• Respond to maintenance requests and concerns from residents, staff, and management in a timely and courteous manner
• Conduct repairs and replacements as needed, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including work orders and inventory management
• Collaborate with facilities staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
