• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, painting, and equipment repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents, staff, and management in a timely manner.
• Conduct repairs and replacements on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and inventory.
• Collaborate with facilities staff to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairing and replacing equipment, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facility. You will work closely with our facilities team to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents and employees. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in keeping our community running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning, painting, and repairing of equipment and facilities
• Respond to maintenance requests and concerns from residents, staff, and management in a timely and courteous manner

Requirements:
