Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a maintenance technician to support our manufacturing and facilities teams. You will perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience; proficiency with hand, power, and pneumatic tools; and strong problem-solving, organization, and teamwork skills. The posted pay range is $26–32 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficient with hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
• Ability to read maintenance instructions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support maintenance team.
• Perform inspections, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of manufacturing equipment.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance of facility building and grounds.
• Document and upkeep of maintenance work orders.
• Operate and maintain a variety of hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
• Follow safe work practices and safety rules.
